Anche quest’anno interverrò presso la mia Facoltà, quella Giurisprudenza dell’Università degli Studi di Brescia, per chiudere il Corso d’Informatica Giuridica con un seminario dal titolo “Diritto e Digitale: lo scontro fra Titani a colpi d’Informatica Forense. Casi di studio, criticità e prospettive”. L’incontro è fissato per giovedì 20 aprile 2023, p.v.

Ringrazio nuovamente la Professoressa Susanna Pozzolo per il rinnovato inviito. Raccontare un po’ della mia materia e delle mie esperienze sul campo alle future generazoni di giuristi è assai importante: in un’epoca dove non esiste più alcun ramo del Diritto che non sia contaminato dal Digitale, bisogna allenare i giovani di legge a pensare in maniera diversa, nuova e trasversale e a non abbassare mai né la guardia né lo sguardo di fronte all’Informatica e alle questioni ch’essa solleva.

Once again, this year I will be speaking at my Faculty, the Law Faculty of the University of Brescia, to close the Legal Informatics Course with a seminar entitled “Law and Digital: the Clash of Titans in Forensic Informatics. Case Studies, Critical Issues and Perspectives.” The seminar is set for Thursday, April 20, 2023, p.v.

I would like to thank Professor Susanna Pozzolo again for the renewed invitation. Talking a bit about my subject and my experiences in the field to future generations of lawyers is very important: in an era where there is no longer any branch of law that is not contaminated by the Digital, it is necessary to train young legal scholars to think differently, in a new and transversal way, and never to lower their guard or their gaze when facing Information Technology and the questions it raises.
